Buffer Stations

L frame Buffer stations are an easy way to handle work in process (WIP) panels in PCB manufacturing units. 

Loading / unloading / movement are way simple and panels can be handled without human touch.

Buffer stations are in 2 types.

  • Single buffer station – 2 L rack holding.
  • Double buffer station – 4 L rack holding.
  • Double track stations – 8L rack holding.

Trolly's

Easy movement of production panels are essential for production.

We develop trolly’s which are simple and economical.

We have trolly’s with electric and hydraulic options which are suitable for L racks for rigid boards and trays for thin panels movement.

QC / Inspection Table

Standardised inspection table for PCB inspection. There are light source from top and Bottom. Bottom light table has fixed or adjustable options for ergonomic design.

Light table comes with fixed angle or motorized adjustable angle type. The inspection table comes with 3 sizes
  • Small 1200 x 700 x 1800mm
  • Medium 1500 x 700 x 1800mm
  • Large 1800 x 700 x 1800mm
